Tamela executive produced an album for singer/songwriter Billy Vera called BIG BAND JAZZ released on Universal. She duets with Billy on the track “I’ll Never Be Free”. The album, which is a tribute to black songwriters from the 20‘s, 30‘s, and 40‘s was just released. Look for them performing together throughout the year. Next up, they will be at THE CUTTING ROOM in NYC! Pacino & Pacino Talent Agency, a new web series launched by La Strega Entertainment (produced and directed by Tamela) and Frog Island Comedy has now launched and been submitted for a Webby Award. Tamela just finished up filming the pilot Sherman’s In Sanity starring alongside Ryan Fox (Pacino & Pacino Talent Agency), Mary Birdsong (The Descendants, Downwardly Mobile), Bobby Ray Schafer (The Office) and Vincent Pastore (The Sopranos). Tamela just wrapped filming the role of Adrianna in the film 3 People I’ve Never Heard Of, filmed entirely in Brooklyn, NY. Director: David Rosfeld.
